Services

We share the available power across your chargers in real time, based on the site limit and when each vehicle leaves. We set the limits and schedules and tune them as your fleet grows.

The problem

Every van starts charging at full power the moment it plugs in, and the depot peak pushes up your grid fees.

We set up load management so the site stays under its grid limit and charges in cheaper hours.

Smart charging and load management

What you get

A lower depot peak

Sessions are spread across the hours vehicles are parked.

More vehicles on the same connection

Add chargers without waiting months for a grid upgrade.

Charging in cheaper hours

Schedules follow your tariff where departure times allow.

Smart charging and load management

How it works

  1. 01

    We read your site

Grid limit, other consumption and when each vehicle group leaves.

  2. 02

    We set the rules

Power limits, priorities and schedules configured in jump.ac.

  3. 03

    We tune

Limits adjusted as vehicles, routes or tariffs change.

FAQ

Questions about smart charging and load management

Who is load management for?

For any depot where several vehicles charge at the same time, especially when the grid connection is tight or the electricity bill has a demand charge. That covers most delivery, service and care fleets that charge overnight.

Will our vehicles still be full in the morning?

Yes, that is the first rule we set. Each vehicle group gets a departure time, and the system makes sure it reaches the charge it needs by then. Only the order and speed of charging change.

Can we add vehicles without a bigger grid connection?

Often, yes. Because vehicles are parked for hours, the same connection can usually charge more of them when the power is shared. We look at your site data and tell you honestly where the limit is.

Does this also work with solar panels or a battery?

Load management works with the power your site can use at any moment. If you have solar or a battery, tell us which system you use and we will check how to include it.
