Services
We see offline chargers and interrupted sessions as they happen. We look at every one, restart what can be restarted remotely and take the rest up with the manufacturer.

A charger fails overnight and nobody notices until the van will not make its route.
We watch your chargers and sessions every day and follow up on faults before the shift starts.

FAQ
Questions about charging monitoring
Who is charging monitoring for?
For fleets where a vehicle that is not charged means a missed route or a missed patient visit. If your vehicles leave early and nobody checks the chargers at night, this is for you.
What happens when a charger fails at night?
The fault shows up as it happens. We try a remote restart first. If that does not work, we let you know which vehicles are affected, so you can swap vehicles or chargers before the shift.
Do you repair chargers on site?
No. We diagnose remotely and take the fault up with the manufacturer or your installer, who does any on-site work.
Who do we talk to?
One named person at jump.ac who knows your sites, by email or phone.

Problem: Chargers are installed, but each one runs in its own app and nobody has set up charging for your shifts.
What we do: We take over your chargers, whatever the brand, and set charging around your shifts.

Smart charging and load management
Problem: Every van starts charging at full power the moment it plugs in, and the depot peak pushes up your grid fees.
What we do: We set up load management so the site stays under its grid limit and charges in cheaper hours.

Cost and CO₂ reporting
Problem: Energy bills, public charging and driver reimbursements arrive separately, and nobody can say what charging the fleet costs.
What we do: You get one monthly report on energy, cost and CO₂ per site and vehicle.
