For car sharing, rental, taxi and shuttle fleets

For you, a car that is not charged is a booking you cannot take. We plan charging around your bookings and catch problems before a customer or driver does.

What gets in the way

  1. Short gaps between bookings

A car comes back at 14:00 and is booked again at 16:00. Without a plan, it leaves with whatever it managed to get.

    At the hub

    14:0016:00
  2. Charging in many places

Cars charge at your hubs, at public chargers and sometimes at drivers’ homes. The costs end up in different places.

  3. You learn about faults from customers

A broken charger at a hub can block a whole row of cars, and the first person to notice is a customer at the car.

A typical day

  1. 08:00

Morning bookings leave the hub with full batteries.

  2. 14:00

A car returns. Its next booking is at 16:00, so it charges first.

  3. 16:00

The car leaves with enough range for the booking.

  4. 23:00

The rest of the hub charges overnight in the cheaper hours.

FAQ

Questions we hear from your sector

Do you work with fast chargers at our hubs?

Yes. We work with AC and DC chargers that use OCPP, from different manufacturers, in one system.

Can drivers or customers pay at our chargers?

We can set who may charge and record each session. If you bill energy to customers in Germany, the chargers need calibration-law compliant meters (Eichrecht). We check this with you.

Can our booking system send departure times?

Tell us which system you use and we will look at how to connect it. Until then, departure times can be set per car group.
