Vineet started jump.ac after he switched to an electric car. Finding a free charger, booking it and paying for it was harder than it should be. For a company with dozens of vehicles, that happens every day, so he set out to fix it for fleets.

What he brings to jump.ac

He listens first

Before the product existed, Vineet ran more than 50 customer interviews and turned what he learned into a clickable prototype with our designer.

Screens anyone can use

As a UX consultant he looks for the moments where people get confused, slowed down or lost, and fixes them. A driver at the depot and a fleet manager at a desk should both understand jump.ac without a manual.

Tech that stays simple

As a fractional CTO he helps companies run fewer, faster systems. For Leverage Edu he merged eight servers into one. He brings the same habit to our charging software.

Why UX matters for charging

Charging only works when the people around it can use it without thinking: the driver plugging in after a shift, the fleet manager checking that every vehicle is ready, the electrician looking at a fault.

That is how Vineet looks at jump.ac. Every screen should answer one question quickly, and every alert should say what to do next. If something needs a manual, it needs fixing.

The aim for jump.ac is simple: charging an electric fleet should be as dependable as fuelling a diesel one.
